“What if I have questions before I want to commit to a session?”

Ongoing coaching and training plans is a service that we offer.
However we recommend completing at least one Personal Coaching Session with us beforehand. This ensures that we are a good fit and on the same page before you commit to an entire package.
After your initial session, our coaches will work on creating a program and recurring schedule that works for you.

Each of our sessions are personalised with the individual player in mind.
One on one sessions can include in-depth kicking, skills and technique assessment to assist you in achieving your current and future goals.
Ongoing mentoring and follow ups on how you are progressing are also something that we offer.

We currently offer coaching sessions throughout the Sunshine Coast and Bribie Island region.
If you would like to request a session in a different location, please get in contact to see if we can come to a suitable solution together (travel fees may apply).

Before your initial session with us, each player completes a Player Questionnaire form.
This outlines the players' current "weapons" and "growth areas" (our version of strengths / weaknesses). As well as future aspirations and goals, injury history and other information including general guidelines and safety.
After reviewing the responses, our coaches create the session or training plan, and tailor the inclusions so that each player can get the most out of every session.

Every session was meticulously planned and Shane was always organised but at the same time very flexible to work in changing conditions. Players under Shane’s guidance were able to work on their individual skills and craft right up to advanced team ball movement drills.
